On March 1, changed the rules of entry of Russian citizens in Ukraine
According to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on January 30, 2015 № 23 stopped action of certain provisions of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Russian Federation on visa-free travel of citizens of Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
In particular, on March 1, Russian citizens will not be able to enter, transit, stay and move around the territory of Ukraine under Russian Passport or birth certificate (for children under 14), which was carried out before travel.
With the deadline for citizens of border crossing must have the following documents:
Russian passport, identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside of
Federation;
diplomatic passport;
official passport;
passport Seaman (seaman) - if crew or extract thereof;
certificate to enter (return) to Russia (only to return to the Russian Federation);
flight crew member certificate of the aircraft.
All citizens of, by 1 March arrive in Ukraine, immigrate on the basis of documents which they entered.
In addition, the possibility to introduce for the border regions of crossing the Ukrainian-Russian border exclusively in interstate and international border crossing points on the basis of passports and limit the duration of their stay in Ukraine 90 days within 180 days from the date of first entry.
