State Migration Service ofUkraine
State Migration Service of Ukraine (Ukraine DMS) is a central executive body whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The main objectives of DMS Ukraine is the realization of the state policy in the field of migration (immigration and emigration), including combating illegal (illegal) migration, citizenship, registration of persons, refugees and other categories of workers defined by the legislation and propose public policy in these areas.
The principles of operation, the purpose and function of DMS Ukraine
Under these acts, the State Migration Service of Ukraine is the central executive body whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.State Migration Service of Ukraine headed by the Chairman, who has two deputies, including one first. Central Office LCA Ukraine consists of 12 independent business units.
LCA Ukraine shall exercise its powers directly and through regional offices: the main administration (management) Migration Service of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, oblasts, cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol, and territorial divisions: administration, departments (sectors) migration services in the districts, districts in cities, towns regional, republic (Crimea) value.
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on June 15, 2011 N 658 created 27 territorial authorities of the State Migration Service of Ukraine, the structure of which operate 679 regional offices.
In addition, the system LCA Ukraine are two temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons who are illegally residing in Ukraine (MACs), and three temporary accommodation centers (PTRB).
