Citizens who have ever used the online services do not consider current bank or government agency, requiring each to come to them personally. Currently, a citizen can identify once and give him the opportunity to further payments over the Internet or recorded on visits to agencies at a convenient time and without queues. Such opportunities always gives the State Migration Service. On the official website of VMI last year appeared online writing services to visit units in LCA. To improve the quality of registrations of passport documents on all new automated workstations will be installed a new specialized software for quality control photographing applicants, which will minimize the deviation from the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization ICAO regarding the position and size of the face of the person in the photograph, the position of the eyes, sharpness and contrast image, correct lighting and background. In cooperation with representatives of the printing plant "Ukraine" on manufacturing of securities could provide additional control of trained before printing photos directly on-site production of passports using the same software. Along with highly new passport in the passport of citizen of Ukraine will have a new convenient and affordable tool for electronic identification - the electronic signature. To use the new electronic chip in the passport has provided enhanced recording and reading personal EDS key certificate and encryption key for use during secure connections to online services. To ensure regulatory use in electronic passports developed by the relevant regulations, completed the development of software tools to record their safe chip and further application compatibility analyzes with different means of electronic Certification Authority. Subdivisions and employees LCA will be authorized by the Certification Authority Interior Ministry, on which is scheduled to issue electronic means to all citizens of Ukraine.
