Gleb Milyutin: employers increased payment of military salary in the Odesa region by UAH 60 million
During January-July 2017, 321 million hryvnias of military duty were transferred to the Ukrainian Army and to the defense of the country from the inhabitants of the Odesa region. Compared to the same period last year, the inflow increased by 60 million UAH.
"The increase in military collections for almost a quarter is a confirmation that more and more employers in the region refuse to pay wages in envelopes and officially sign up workers for work," said Gleb Milyutin, Chief of the DFS General Directorate in the Odessa region.
The fiscal service of the region draws the attention of employers to the need to pay in full and on a full amount deductions from the real wages of employees.
After all, hidden earnings violate the rights of hired workers to a decent pension, social protection, and the budget loses funds in the form of income tax of individuals, a single social contribution and military fee.
Also, we remind you that the initiative of the fiscal service of the Odessa region introduced a mobile application Legal Work.
When downloading an app to a mobile phone or tablet, each user can report wage billing in envelopes, unofficial employment and other violations of labor legislation.
