Chicken fillet with sesame sauce
Ingredients:

> Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:
A piece of ginger root (about 2-2.5 cm in length) to clean, wash and chop. Green onions wash and finely chop.
Chicken wash, rub with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped onions and ginger, and cook for a couple to perfection.
To prepare the sauce, you need 3. tablespoons sesame seeds in a coffee grinder to grind or mash in a mortar. Mix lemon juice, soy sauce and water. Add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. Stirring constantly, add the sesame seeds and pour the sesame oil.
Grapefruit peel from the skin and whites of the film and cut into slices. The finished chicken cut into pieces of medium size. On a plate put in turn chicken with grapefruit slices, sprinkle with sesame sauce and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste.
