Tomato soup with beans

Ingredients:
> Tomatoes - 500 g
> White canned beans - 1 jar
> Bacon - a few strips
> Onions - 1 pcs.
> Garlic - 1 tooth,
> Red wine vinegar -
1 tbsp. spoon,
> Sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon,
> Salt, black pepper,
> Provence herbs, herbs - to taste
> Olive oil - for filing.
Preparation:
Onions and garlic cut and fry in vegetable oil. Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, Provencal herbs. Add beans (just leave for filing), 400-500 ml of hot water (or broth) and cook for 15 minutes.
Whisk soup blender, add sugar and vinegar. If the soup is thick, add more broth and bring to a boil again.
Bacon cut and fry in a dry pan.
Serve soup and garnish with bacon, beans and herbs. Sprinkle with olive oil.
