Ingredients:
> Boiled rice - 200 g
> Cream - 150 ml
> Cheese - 100 g
> Eggs - 2 pcs.
> Flour, bread crumbs, salt and spices - to taste.

Preparation time: 75 minutes.
Preparation:
Heat cream, mixed with grated cheese and, stirring constantly, bring to a homogeneous mass (cheese has completely dissolved). Add rice, salt and spices, mix well.
Share figure in shape, well vtrambuvaty and place in refrigerator to cool down. When cool, cut into pieces of any shape. Or wrap still warm rice in cling film (to form a "sausage"), and then, when cool, cut into pieces. Or just a bit of cool features and form balls.
Each piece of rice ball or roll in flour, then whipped egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry the balls on all sides until golden brown in the hot oil. Serve decorated with sprigs Kislitsy usual.
