I see all familiar faces at our concert today, we meet every Saturday, sing and dance together, listen to your favorite songs performed by our talented Odessa and Ukrainian performers. The contest "I sing about you, Odessa is mine!" Knows no boundaries and for 6 years now we have been choosing the best of the best every year and this is very difficult, because the talent of our musicians is unlimited. Another seemingly recently performed here was a student of the Law Academy, Igor Onischenko, who now performs on the stage of the famous Vienna Opera. I want to say that the youngest participant of our contest is only 5 years old, and the most adult - 75. Our song contest is not commercial at all, the Odessa City Council renders assistance in its organization. And I want to thank Gennady Trukhanov on behalf of our entire team, our singers and all the residents of Odessa for his comprehensive support in organizing the song contest "I Sing for You, Odessa is mine!"

Our city is sung in a lot of songs, Odessa is known and loved all over the world and such song contests and concerts that take place in the City Council glorify our city and make our dear and beloved Odessites happy. Talented performers participate in contests, and guests of weekly concerts are happy to listen to beautiful songs about their beloved city and dance for them. It's great that such evening concerts have become a good tradition for South Palmyra,

The final of the competition was preceded by two qualifying rounds, which were attended by hundreds of people wishing to attend the gala concert.

Age in this competition has no boundaries. The youngest participant this year was 5 years old, and the oldest - 78.

This year for "I sing about you, Odessa is mine" special. The competition gathered a record number of spectators and participants. And from the Gorsad scene songs were heard about Odessa, not only in Ukrainian and Russian, but even in Polish.

Hundreds of people gathered today in the City Garden to listen to their favorite performers and dance to the sounds of waltz or incendiary and very fast melodies. Impressions gathered near the Rotunda are the most vivid, positive and unforgettable.

These song concerts are a true celebration of the soul for all Odessa citizens and guests of the city. Together with my friend, we have come to Gorsad every Saturday for 5 consecutive years to enjoy the singing of talented performers. Here there is an amazing atmosphere, which no longer exists in any part of the city, here there is a real Odessa atmosphere. We do not just listen to the songs, but also dance! And here is the long-awaited announcement of the results and rewarding the best of the best. Diplomas, gifts, as well as cash prizes to the winners were presented by the initiator of the competition, Sergey Kivalov. This year Odessians gave the audience's prize to Victor Naryshkov. The youngest participants of the competition did not go unheeded. They also received their gifts. The first place was divided among themselves - quartet De Jure, songwriter Sergey Dmitriev, and also the song theater "Kochavim".
