In Khmelnytsky UDMS held a meeting to conduct targeted preventive measures to identify foreigners and stateless persons who illegally stay in Ukraine

July 13 Department LCA Khmelnytsky held a meeting on the organization of targeted preventive measures to identify foreigners and stateless persons who are illegally staying on the territory of Ukraine, in order to prevent violations of legislation on the legal status of foreigners and stateless persons, increased control over the stay in Ukraine Foreign citizens, as well as preventing and counteracting illegal migration and other violations of Ukrainian legislation in the field of migration.

Participating in the meeting were Head of the organization to prevent illegal migration, readmission and expulsion UDMS Ruslan Martyanova, chief specialist of the same sector Leznyuk Alexander and workers VBZPTL Directorate of the National Police, and the Office of UAS police patrol the area.

During the meeting, the participants of the meeting agreed a joint action plan and defined the priority directions of preventive measures, in particular:

- verification of real and food markets, trading platforms in order to identify foreigners and stateless persons who are illegally staying in Ukraine;

- compliance officials of enterprises, institutions and organizations irrespective of ownership, including foreign business entities operating in the Ukraine and citizens of Ukraine established order employment, housing foreigners and persons without citizenship;

- observance by foreigners and stateless persons of the migration legislation of Ukraine, detection of illegal migrants among foreigners and stateless persons;

- the general and individual preventive actions advocacy among foreigners and stateless persons illegally residing on the territory of Ukraine, spreading monuments of their basic rights and duties, legal regulation of their registrations while in Ukraine ;

- within the powers to counter illegal migration by mutual request, to assist in obtaining the necessary materials for the detention of offenders /

The organization works on combating illegal immigration remains one of the priorities of the LCA Ukraine and is under constant control management Management of LCA Ukraine in Khmelnitsky region.
