In Vyznitsa found an illegal immigrant from the Russian Federation

The 64-year-old Russian citizen, who avoided leaving Ukraine after the termination of his stay, found the workers of the Vyzhnytsky RS UDMS in Chernivtsi region during the processing of places of probable stay of foreigners and verification of their compliance with the requirements of migration legislation.

The foreign citizen is brought to administrative responsibility for violation of the pp. 2 clause 2 "Procedure for extending the stay and extension or reduction of the term of temporary stay of foreigners and OBP in the territory of Ukraine", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 15.02.2012, number 150 and imposed a penalty in the form of a fine in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 203 KUpAP.
