In the media the government was announced since 11/01/2016, the possibility of Ukraine passports as ID card, contactless electronic chip, on which should contain most of the information about the citizen - as - fingerprints, registration place of residence, civil status and more. The service territorial units, routinely carried out deliveries of equipment for receiving and processing documents such cards in all districts. Oknyanskyy PC in 2017 also received the following equipment and specialists connected to its network. Since March 2017 Unit was able to provide services for receiving and issuing passports citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad and Ukraine passports as ID card. On top of it was reported through the local newspaper, local authorities and an electronic site.

Began receiving documents from 05.03.2017, and now, after 20 working days - March 30, 2017 Head Oknyanskym RS presented Root M. Valentine resident of the village. Okny Skalatskiy Alexander Vasilyevich made the first document for travel abroad (photo attached). First Ukraine passport as ID cards received by his son, Bohdan A. Skalatskiy. Documents for the manufacture of such documents is according to schedule department.
