April 24 this year during the official visit of the delegation led VMI VMI Chairman MY Sokolyuk the city of Warsaw to familiarize themselves with the work of state bodies of the Republic of Poland in the area of ??migration was signed Ukrainian-Polish Implementation Protocol to the Agreement between Ukraine and the EU on readmission. For the Government of the Republic of Poland, this treaty was signed by Chief Border Guard commander Colonel Poland Marek Lapinsky.
Recall that at the completion of internal procedures by the Ukrainian side to prepare the said international treaty to sign, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 11.16.2016
№ 849-p was approved text of the document and authorized the Chairman of Migration Service to sign it.
It should be noted that the implementation of this international agreement will positively affect the development of good neighborly relations between Ukraine and Poland will determine on the basis of reciprocity rapid and effective procedures for the identification and safe and organized return of persons who do not comply with the rules of entry, exit and stay on territories of Ukraine and the Republic of Poland, Ukraine ensure compliance with its obligations to the EU and the international community to introduce effective implementation of public leverage first policy readmission.
By signing the bilateral documents Migration Service as the central competent authority of Ukraine on migration successfully completed negotiations with the Polish side and will continue to establishing effective international cooperation with the EU on readmission.
