Border guards arrested illegal immigrants from India, Pakistan and Moldova

At night, the border guards of the Kharkiv detachment detained a group of illegal migrants.

When carrying out the service on the protection of the state border, with the help of a mobile thermal imaging device, the border unit of the Zolochiv division revealed the movement of 4 unknown persons moving from the side of the border towards the village of Udi.

Offenders were 2 citizens of India, 1 citizen of Pakistan and one person without documents. But according to the latter, he is a citizen of Ukraine. Subsequently, it was established that our compatriot contributed to the illegal crossing of the border to foreign offenders and escorted them to the territory of Ukraine.

Documents on an administrative offense for illegal crossing of the border were prepared on detainees. And our compatriot is at risk of criminal liability stipulated by Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine).

And border guards of the "Timkov" division of the Podilsky detachment, near the Ukrainian-Moldovan border, identified two Moldovan citizens who also intended to illegally cross the border.

Men have drawn up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Art. 204-1 KUpAP (Violation or attempted violation of the state border). The case is directed to court.
