The Migration Service does not grant a status to the Russian refugee, despite the court's decision

The migration service has not yet granted refugee status to the Russian actor Sergei Anisiforov, despite the relevant decision of the Odessa Administrative Court of Appeal delivered a month ago.
"On February 22 the decree entered into force, the migration ministry had to make a decision during this time. But at the moment - silence. They pull under any pretext to not give documents, "he said.
"From 2014 to 2016 gg. More than 6 thousand citizens of Russia received the citizenship of Ukraine. Who are they??? Official migration data: 6261 people. All under the simplified procedure. By presidential decree - 357 more people - for special merits. But no foreign volunteers and participants in EuroMaidan were granted either status or citizenship, "Anisiforov added.
As you know, the Odessa Administrative Court of Appeal ordered the Department of HMS in the Odessa region to grant asylum to the Russian citizen, a participant in the Revolution of Virtue, Sergei Anisiforov.
Actor Sergei Anisiforov came to Ukraine in the fall of 2013 to obtain citizenship based on territorial origin, however, events began on the Maidan, and Sergei could not remain indifferent. As a result, the deadlines for submitting documents to VHI were issued, and threats were also received in social networks, and Sergei realized that it was not safe for him to return to Russia.
