On the border with Poland were arrested Organizer of the channel of trafficking in human beings
At the checkpoint "Shegi", which at the Ukrainian-Polish border, law enforcement officers prevented the illegal export of two Ukrainian girls to further use them in the field of providing intimate services on the territory of the EU.
Operational staff of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine together with representatives of the Department for Combating Crimes Related to Trafficking in Persons of the National Police in the Ternopil region were detained also by a man who organized a channel for the movement of these citizens abroad. He was a citizen of Ukraine in 1978 - the resident of Ternopil region. He personally provided the transportation of girls to Poland.
At present, the necessary investigative actions are being carried out within the framework of criminal proceedings under Article 149 of the Code of Criminal Procedure "Trafficking in persons or other unlawful agreement on the transfer of human beings".
