Scrambled eggs with smoked chicken and broccoli
Ingredients: smoked chicken (breast) - 150 g broccoli, eggs - 4 pcs., Milk - 100 ml, cheese - 100 g butter, salt, ground black pepper, herbs.
Preparation
Boil the broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes (the amount of broccoli at your request), disassembled into florets and put in a colander to dried.
Smoked chicken breast cut into slices, cheese - small pieces.
Beat eggs with milk, add a little salt and pepper to taste.
In a pan dissolve a piece of butter and pour the egg-milk mixture. Once the hold on the bottom, reduce the heat and arrange on top smoked bacon, broccoli and slices of cheese.
Bring to a readiness in a small fire can be under the hood, but do not mix.
Ready eggs spread out on plates and decorate with greens (optional).
