Salad with sauerkraut and mushrooms
Ingredients:
> Dried mushrooms - 200 g
> Cabbage - 200 g
> Potatoes - 200 g
> Onions - 1 pcs.
> Garlic - 2 teeth
> Vegetable oil for frying
> Sesame oil to taste,
> Soy sauce and herbs to taste.

Preparation:
Potatoes clean, tightly enclose in a saucepan and cover with water so that it covers the vegetables in half a centimeter. Boil the potatoes over medium heat until tender. Cool.
Dried mushrooms soak and fry in vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms soy sauce, chopped parsley and garlic.
Potatoes cut into small cubes, mix with cabbage, mushrooms and chopped onion half rings.
Before serving, pour salad sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
