Fish rolls with vegetables
Fish contains plenty of omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin D, selenium and vitamin B12.
Ingredients: fish fillets - 900 g carrots - 2 pcs. Garlic - 2 cloves, vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l., sugar - 1 ch. l., dill, parsley, basil - 6. l., black pepper - 6 peas, pepper, salt.
Preparation:
To begin to prepare the stuffing. Throughout January small greens mix with chopped garlic. Add salt and pepper (to taste), oil and all carefully mix.
