Cranberry Mahdalenka with olive oil
Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour and sugar, 2/3 cup milk, 2/3 cup cranberries, 1/4 cup flax seed, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. l. baking powder, 3 tbsp. walnuts, orange zest, a pinch of cinnamon.
Preparation:
Mix flour, flaxseed, sugar, baking powder, nuts, zest, cinnamon. Make dimples and pour milk, butter, eggs.
Knead the dough, add the cranberries. Fill oiled tins 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 180 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes.
