Christmas goose apples and oranges
Ingredients:
whole goose - 1 pc., honey - 3 tbsp. spoon apples - 4 pcs., orange - 4 pcs., salt and pepper - to taste, garlic - 2-3 cloves.
Carcass wash. Mix honey with salt and pepper, squeeze garlic. Rub this mixture of goose. Make small incisions to come out fat. Apples cut and remove the core. Oranges cut from the skin. Stuff the carcass fruit. Sewn threads.
Share goose in roasting pan, cover, bake for 1.5 hours, basting with fat released. Then remove the lid and zarum'yanyty for 20 minutes (you can grill mode). Before serving, remove the thread.
