Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms
Ingredients: buckwheat - 1.5 cups of water - 3 cups, onion - 2 pcs., Dried mushrooms - 3-4 pcs., Sunflower oil - 6-7 Art. l., salt - to taste.
Preparation:
Groats bust, rinse. Then add water, fill the mushrooms, powdered, and put on a strong fire by closing the lid. When the water boils, reduce by half the fire and continue to cook for about 10 minutes until thick, then reduce heat to low and cook for another 5-7 minutes until complete evaporation of water. Remove from heat, cover the pan with a towel for 15 minutes.
While porridge is cooked, cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. In the finished porridge Pour the onions, add salt to taste and mix well.
