June 13 in Zhitomir on an official visit attended by Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman, First Deputy Head of Presidential Administration of Ukraine Gennadiy Zubco, Youth and Sports Minister Dmitry Bulatov, Minister of Education and Science Sergey Flowers and diplomats from European countries.
While visiting the Center to provide administrative services Zhytomyr City Council, Vladimir Hroyman suggested that the centers of administrative services should be focused on high-quality services.
According to the head TSNAP Suzanne Haletska daily Centre turns around 100-150 people. Despite a stream of customers service each of which takes about 5-7 minutes. Now the institution can get almost 90 different administrative services in the field of land relations, urban planning, construction and operation in the city of high-risk, accounting and distribution of residential areas, housing privatization, issuing permits.
In addition, the Centre for November 5, 2013 employees of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Zhytomyr region performed advisory and advocacy work on immigration legislation and, as of 06/13/2014, the appealed 119 people (79th this year). UDMS employee who has a work area in the center, daily clarifies immigration law (inset photo in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine, the registration location, design baby baby travel document for travel abroad, etc.).
Vladimir Groisman talked to the staff and visitor facility and examined the features of public services and stressed that the Government's policy is intended to increase the power centers of administrative services.
Deputy Prime Minister wished the staff establishment success and noted that employees must do everything possible to ensure that people are treated with care and necessary clarifications.
