Migration Service Khmelnytsky working visit attended by the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission

19 January in the premises of the Office of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Khmelnitsky region held a working meeting v.o.nachalnyka Office Sergei Dorofeeva and head of sector of prevention of illegal migration, readmission and expulsion Ruslana Martyanova of the Special Monitoring Mission OSCE statistics on combating illegal migration by 2016.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the results of the migration service in Khmelnytsky aforesaid direction.

Over 2016 workers of the sector was found 173 illegal migrants adopted 8 decisions on forced expulsion and 17 decisions prohibiting entry. Administrative charges st.203KUpAP "Violation of foreigners and persons without citizenship of rules of stay in Ukraine and transit through Ukraine" brought against the offender 391 immigration laws, according st.205 CAO "Not taking measures to ensure the timely registration of foreigners and stateless persons" -10 brought against individuals under st.206 Administrative Code "Violation of procedure of foreigners and stateless persons homes, vehicles and assist in providing other services" -1 person.
