Deputy Head of Department for Foreigners and stateless persons Sergei Kulik reviewed the performance of the department for 11 months of the year, comparing them with the same period in 2015 and noted the high quality rendering units Office administrative services related paperwork for immigration, legal stay of foreigners and stateless persons on the territory of Ukraine.
