In Khmelnytsky Migration Service held an expanded meeting with participation of heads of territorial divisions

Recently, indoors Khmelnytsky city department held an expanded meeting for heads of territorial divisions and services under the direction of the Acting Head of Sergei Migration Service Dorofeeva and Deputy Head, Head of the Department of Citizenship, certification and registration of Nicholas Yanchyshyn, according to the order number Migration Service 60 of 03.07.2017, "on the announcement of the Board of LCA."

First Sergey Dorofeev announced the results of the Office and its territorial divisions for 2016 and separately focused on priority tasks of the State Migration Service in 2017, which were discussed at the extended board meeting of the Migration Service , namely:

- continued registration and issuance of a passport of citizen of Ukraine (in the form of ID-card) with the use of inadmissibility cases YEDDR and registration of passport documents without obtaining fingerprints from tsyfrovanyh hands;

- expanding infrastructure and creating YEDDR national system of biometric verification and identification of citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons;

- creating a unified information-analytical system of migration management and filling it with relevant information;

- expanding the number of seats citizen of Ukraine paperwork proving citizenship, identity or its special status containing contactless electronic media, including through cooperation with TSNAP;

- strengthening the institutional capacity of Migration Service in combating illegal migration;

- cooperation with leading international organizations in the regulation of migration processes.

Also for employees territorial divisions where computerized workstations were installed for the first time were conducted training to master the workers skills and abilities of the equipment for quality provide administrative services for registration and issuance of a passport of citizen of Ukraine a new sample (ID-card) and passport.

At the end of the meeting the leadership of the Office were put priorities of the I half of this year, emphasized the observance of workers to the communication standard to communicate with citizens, the proper performance of their duties during the provision of administrative services to citizens neuhylnosti compliance with anti-corruption legislation, as well as information-carrying advocacy with the inhabitants of the region on the main activities of the Office.
