In Khmelnytsky held a seminar for legal services field
February 23 on the initiative of the Main Territorial Department of Justice in the Khmelnitsky region, as part of training for legal services, enterprises and organizations, organized a workshop on clarification of certain provisions of the legislation of Ukraine.
The seminar was attended by the chief specialist of legal support Migration Service Vladimir Brykaylo and judges Khmelnytsky Regional Administrative Court, Khmelnytsky City Court, Commercial Court, scientific and pedagogical workers Khmelnytsky University of Management and Law.
During the seminar discussed issues related to the practice of administrative courts disputes for damages caused by unlawful decisions, actions or inaction of government agencies; jurisprudence proceedings for reinstatement and many other issues related to the current legislation of Ukraine.
At the end of the seminar, each of the participants received information leaflets for use in legal work.
