Employees Migration Service Khmelnytsky took part in the "round table" Regional Center to provide free secondary legal assistance

June 22 at the Regional Center to provide free secondary legal assistance was held "round table" on "mechanisms for informing centers of free secondary care of administrative detention of foreigners and stateless persons".

Participating in the event were Head of the organization to prevent illegal migration, readmission and expulsion Management VMI in the Khmelnitsky region Ukraine Ruslan Martyanova, chief specialist of the same sector Leznyuk Alexander and v.o.dyrektora Regional Center to provide free secondary legal assistance and chief Helen Varfolomeeva department for legal aid to detained persons Catherine Topolnitsky.

The participants discussed the practical application of the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning improvement of the provisions of the judicial protection of foreigners and stateless persons and resolving issues related to combating illegal migration," CMU №1363 from 28.12. 2011 "on approval of informing the centers of free secondary legal aid cases of detention, arrest or administrative preventive measure form of detention" and Articles 259-263 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences.

Summing up the work of the "round table" v.o.dyrektora Regional Centre of free secondary legal aid Elena Varfolomeeva emphasized further cooperation with the migration service area to address issues in the implementation of the relevant authority.
