Since the beginning of 1000 foreigners wish to visit the occupied territory of Crimea
Summer - the holidays and rest and, increasingly, in high season, to the Migration Service of Kherson seek foreign citizens who wish to enter the territory of the Crimean peninsula.
Under current law, foreigners and stateless persons (hereinafter - OBH) who legally reside in the territory of Ukraine to enter the Crimea except passport must have a special permit issued by the regional body of the State Migration Service.
Many foreigners who come for the purpose of execution of the instrument motivate trip to the Crimea rehabilitation, meetings with friends and family, tourism, etc .. Migration notes special permission to enter the Crimea and exit from it can be issued only in case the foreigner or OBH following reasons:

2) the location of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine burial place of relatives or family members of a foreigner or a spouse of a foreigner, which is confirmed by relevant documents;
3) death of close relatives or family members of a foreigner or a spouse of a foreigner living in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, which is confirmed by relevant documents;
4) the availability of ownership of real estate located in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine;
5) the need to proceedings journalism (only at the request or consent of the IIP);
6) the necessity of preaching religious beliefs (only at the request or consent of the Ministry of Culture);
7) residing in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine on the basis of a permanent residence permit, foreigners or stateless persons whose domicile or registered in the Crimean city. Sevastopol.
8) the need to participate in events taking Mejlis.
Special permission can be single and multiple. Multiple permit is issued to persons who have a permit for permanent residence in Ukraine with registration in the Crimea.
In the Kherson region a special permit can be issued in Genichesk Novotroickoe and regional migration service sectors, as well as directly in the Office LCA Kherson region.
Issuing a special permit or a decision to refuse his extradition is carried out in a period not exceeding five working days of receipt of the documents.
