A meeting on anti-corruption issues took place in Chernivtsi
A meeting on prevention and detection of corruption took place at the Department of Internal Affairs in Chernivtsi region. T.o. Head of the Office Victor Pislar warned the heads of structural units about the strict adherence to the anti-corruption legislation, the culture of behavior and ethics of the civil servant, the prevention of conflict of interests and the creation of prerequisites for corruption.
Chief Specialist on the Prevention and Detection of Corruption, Sergei Krakovetsky, reported on the main regulatory documents regulating the organization of official activities on the provision of administrative services in the system of LCI and the main theses of the Algorithm of actions of employees of the LCI of Ukraine on the prevention and detection of corruption. He also voiced the main articles of KUpAP and the CCU, sanctions of which include fines from 100 to 500 tax-free minimum citizens and imprisonment for a term of 2 to 5 years.
A clear illustration of the theory was the information about employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, on which pre-trial investigations were conducted or are being conducted.
The decision of the meeting of heads of structural and territorial divisions of the Office is obliged to take this information to the attention and bring it to the subordinates under a personal signature.
