What should a bank do?

In case of refusal of the bank to return funds to the account of the payer, the victim has the right to apply to the court at the place of the bank's placement in accordance with the civil procedure.
The cost of filing a claim of property character is 1% of the amount of the claim, but not less than 0.4 of the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons and no more than 5 sizes of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons.
