Recently on the shelves of grocery stores in Nizhyn new delicacies appeared - fragrant cookies at fairly modest prices. According to the sellers, it came to the liking of both the young and the grown-ups. And it is manufactured by its Nizhyn producer - FOP Tsyurtko Vladimir Nikolaevich.
After graduating from Halych High School, Volodymyr went to Chernihiv to study further. The choice fell on the Chernihiv cooperative technical school - there he received the specialty of the technologist of the food industry. The training was easy, therefore, I decided to make a little fake - life in the city is expensive. I wanted to become financially independent - parents in the village are not easy, because they were already elderly (pensioners). The work was found in a specialty - in a private bakery.
After Chernihiv there was Poltava - a cooperative university. Already a skilled specialist, Vladimir went to Kiev to find a job and decent earnings. It was all: and temporary work in the bakeries, and unemployment. The life path led the young man to a bakery in one of the supermarket chains in Kiev, where he worked for a long time at various positions from the tizer to the production manager. It has added experience in the technology of baker's craft. There was a reluctant desire to open his case. A founder and one-minded, as it turned out later, was also a fellow countryman-Denis Melnik, who at that time graduated from the National University of Food Technologies and also tried to earn Kiev.
In a short time there was a ready business plan. The common interest was transformed into true male friendship, strong, hypocritical and reliable partnership. In 2016, men found premises, installed equipment, incidentally, although not entirely new, but modern, compact, imported from Europe. The organizational work on the opening of the bakery was combined with the selection of workers, the search for quality raw materials.
"Products are designed primarily for the baby, so quality is crucial," says Vladimir Tsyrtok. - If the issue of raw materials was solved fairly quickly, the selection of employees was perhaps the biggest problem in opening the case. It turned out that in Nizhyn a good technologist, a dandelion, an electrician "on the weight of gold". And glaze-packers, packers, bakers, moulders were not immediately found. Most of the time it was necessary to turn the sleeves and start work: to lay raw materials, to knead the dough, to load the products. "
The Nizhyn city-center employment center helped to recruit staff. His specialists not only helped to find the right employees, but also offered financial support to the employment service - compensation to the employer in the amount of a single contribution to the mandatory state social insurance for employment in the new job of the unemployed.
At the beginning of 2017, the first batch of FOP Tsyurtok products was marketed. There are currently 25 people in the bakery. 16 types of products are produced. Every month, about 10 tons of delicious baking is sent to the shelves of stores, and not only Nizhyn. The plans for young entrepreneurs increase the range of products, expand the sales area and increase the state. Taking into account their purposefulness, persistence and efficiency, there is no doubt in achieving the set goals.
